Dave Matthews Band

I got to spend a bit of time with the backline guys from Dave Matthews Band.

Jerry, Erik and Craig were gracious enough to show me how they have been using MIDIjet Pro on tour.

These guys are a great example of using MIDIjet Pro for switching.

One of the features of a DMB show is that it is very "organic". Set lists can change and song structure can change on the fly. So, automating patch changes is not an option for them. It needs to be done in the moment. This also means the system has to be very responsive and that's where MIDIjet Pro comes in.

Being able to do this without having to run cables (and pack them up) is a big plus.
